There are some places in Second Life that hold special memories for me and this is one of them, the region has been redeveloped since I last visited but is still just as beautiful and welcoming.
Established in 2009, Burrow Coffee Co. is one of Second Life’s oldest establishments. Cafe & Community featuring conversation, music, & so much more. They are an 18+ community & a safe space for all.
Burrow Coffee Co. is the kind of place you can enjoy in any way you like. Come alone for a peaceful wander, bring someone special for a cozy moment together, or gather a group of friends to explore, relax, and soak in the atmosphere. Events are a regular highlight here, and the next one is scheduled for Saturday, September 27th at 1 PM SLT, featuring live entertainment from Tally Mecury, Mimi Carpenter, and Heart and Sol—a lineup that promises a fantastic afternoon of music.
The region itself is lovingly and thoughtfully designed. Beautiful gardens filled with fountains and greenery invite you to wander, while plentiful seating makes it the perfect setting for quiet contemplation or lively conversation. At the heart of it all is the coffee house, complete with its very own barista—none other than a cardboard cut-out of Jason Momoa. A little tongue-in-cheek perhaps, but honestly, who could resist? Certainly not me.
For larger gatherings, Burrow also offers a spacious event area, ideal for dancing and enjoying live performances. And if you fall in love with the vibe (as I have), you can even bring a piece of Burrow home with you—the community provides its own radio stream, available for use on your own land.
Whether you’re looking for music, company, or simply a beautiful spot to relax, Burrow Coffee Co. remains one of Second Life’s most inviting destinations.
