Savannah Coronet @ The Refuge

Savannah Corornet Live at The Refuge:
Sixteen Years of Fun, Fire, and Southern Flair

VENUE: The Refuge
SINGER: Savannah Coronet

Savannah Corornet has been a staple of Second Life’s live music scene for nearly 16 years, and for good reason—she knows how to turn any stage into a party. I still remember catching one of her earliest shows at the Red River Saloon, the venue she credits as her longest-running bookings. In a virtual world where residencies come and go, that kind of loyalty is rare.

What sets Savannah apart isn’t just her voice, but her energy. She brings a little Southern sass to every performance, from her drawl that warms the room to her true-to-life style that makes her feel like she walked right out of a honky-tonk and onto the stage. Tonight’s crowd of more than 40 fans knew exactly what they were in for: a mix of powerhouse vocals and playful storytelling. One minute she was belting out Little Big Town’s “Wine, Beer, Whiskey,” the next she was trading banter with the audience, sliding effortlessly into the next request without missing a beat.

The setting couldn’t have been more perfect. The Refuge, an outdoor Louisiana–Mississippi inspired venue, is a unique gem in Second Life’s entertainment landscape. With its swampy vibe and even a live alligator keeping “watch” as security, it’s equal parts atmosphere and attitude. Add in a weekly lineup of DJs and live performers, and you’ve got one of the most happening music stops on the grid.

Savannah proved once again why she’s one of Second Life’s most beloved “fun” singers. Whether you’re a longtime fan or a newcomer to live music in-world, catching her at The Refuge is a reminder of why we keep logging in—great music, great company, and a whole lot of heart.
