NotQuitePink Reloaded – Beauty’s Where You Find It

I know, I know, no date today. Just an old-fashioned LOTD blog. But you know what? Sometimes you put on an outfit that makes you feel like a “Girl on the Go”, a la the opening montage of The Devil Wears Prada, and you just need to share that with people.

Do you ever forget that store credit is a thing in SL? I do. All the time. Recently, I realised I had accumulated quite a sizable amount at Addams, so of course that meant I had to spend it immediately! If I could find anything there I didn’t already own, obviously.

Luckily, that’s absolutely what happened, and I found this power suit that I think 90s leading ladies would be super jealous of.

The suit comes in three separate pieces for easy mix-and-match choices, which I kinda love. The belt on the trousers is colour-change, as are the accents on the bodysuit, giving you plenty of options to play around with.

Of course, if I am living my best life as a girl in the city, I need a designer bag, and this must be overflowing with essential items I cannot live without. Shoes, lip gloss, headphones… like I said, essentials.

And to top it all off, I simply had to show off these amazing shoes from Gos, currently available at FameshedX. When I saw them, I knew they had to go straight onto my feet, and honestly, I’m not sure I’ve found an outfit they don’t look amazing with yet.
