Not Quite Pink Reloaded – You’re a Long Way From Home

Every year there are two months where I get to indulge myself. We are currently entering the first, and my little inner undead demon is currently doing backflips with joy!

I love a good gory Halloween costume, and I decided to kick off this year with an outfit I think is giving “gothic femme fatale arriving at the gates of somewhere she absolutely should not be allowed into.” Or maybe she’s welcoming you in, which may be even more delicious!

Luna Chelsea makes some amazing Halloween costumes, and you can bet your cute little booties I will be blogging some of those soon, but I was distracted by how stunning this dress is. I admit, I love formal wear, but I rarely go anywhere I get to wear it, so obviously I was going to use it to make a creepily elegant Halloween look. It comes in PBR and non-PBR versions, has a HUD without about a million colour options, and I paired it up with these gorgeous heels to complete the look.

While I was over at Traditional Face inspecting their skins (divine, by the way. Big fan.), I came across these scars and almost fell over myself in my rush to buy them. Can we just appreciate how incredible the details are for a second? Honestly, 2K BOM makes me happy in the very depths of my soul.

The backdrop is from FOXCITY, and it was perfect for the wicked welcome I wanted to convey. Fantastic details, animated skies and lots of addon options like birds, cats and crows that can be rezzed to personalise your scene.
