Not Quite Pink Reloaded – Sparks Fly From Her Fingertips

Time for some more spooky goodness, my little Halloween nightmares! 🖤

No gore today, you’re safe… for now, anyway. But I do have a good three weeks left in October, so I make no promises about the level of gore in future posts! Today, it’s just some good, clean black magic!

Want to know a secret? I didn’t have to hunt down a location or backdrop for this post. This magic room is all mine! A few years ago, I visited a sim that had a magic shop, and I fell in love with it and decided I wanted to recreate it for myself. That meant I pretty much raided DRD for all their witchy items… and they have a lot! I’d list everything I’ve used, but we’d be here forever, so just go and have a browse around their store. I promise you’ll enjoy it!

But I digress. We were talking about magic and witches. Well, we hadn’t actually got on to the witches yet, but you saw where this was going!

I love this witch costume from Luna Chelsea. It’s sexy without being ridiculously skimpy. Sometimes, it’s nice to show off a little style without showing off absolutely everything. Don’t get me wrong, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with having some skin on display, but it’s nice to see a costume that proves you don’t have to bare all to look fabulous!

The costume comes with a broom that’s packed with fantastic details. I particularly love the crystals because I’m a rock hound in real life. I also adore the cute little Ouija board bag that’s included.

I teamed it with a necklace from Yummy, which I think is a few years old now but works perfectly with the outfit, and it’s one of my all-time favourites! Then I got to have some fun with the makeup, pairing a stunning eyeshadow from Warpaint with a new, subtle lip from AlaskaMetro at Salem.

These are two of my go-to makeup creators, and I’ve had to give myself a stern talking-to about buying everything they release just because… (It hasn’t worked, though. I still buy everything!)

So that’s today’s serving of witchcraft and wardrobe appreciation done! But don’t put away your garlic just yet, my little agents of the afterlife. We’ve still got a long way to go before the end of October, and I have plenty more spooky goodness up my sleeve. Today’s been all black magic and pretty crystals, but I can’t promise I’ll be quite so well-behaved next time.
